🔑 Designers are used to solving problems for others. But when it comes to our own lives and careers, the brief is often unclear. In moments of change, questions emerge. What am I designing toward? Who am I becoming? What happens if I choose the path that excites me, not just the one that feels safe?
🔦 In this talk, Dai shares her honest journey as a UX designer turned founder, still very much in the messy middle of building. She speaks about self-doubt, invisible rules, fears, career pivots, and what it really takes to design a path that feels aligned, not just acceptable.

🌟 Originally from Brazil, Dai began her design career in 2008. She has worked across product and design, from startups to scaleups and larger corporations, and is currently building a company focused on creating more human, supportive digital experiences for parents.
