Summary
"A Book About AI Written by AI” was published in March.
Since the beginning of 2023, AI and ChatGPT have been constantly talked about in the media. There is no doubt that the future where we will be tested on how we can utilize AI will come. This is a book that AI wrote on what we humans should do.
James Skinner, who is a business consultant, and who supervised the creation of this book also shares his thoughts on what he learned from having AI write this book.
Furthermore, Jeffery Skinner, who also was responsible for the interpretation of our Women in AI Japan seminar in January 2023, is a nephew of James Skinner.

Speaker: Brief Biography of James Skinner
Born in the United States, he grew up as the son of a nuclear physicist.
He has served as a diplomat, sales engineer, and IR advisor. He is known as a world-renowned management consultant and has mentored hundreds of global companies, militaries and government agencies.

James was also a CEO of Franklin Covey Japan, Chairman of a $2 billion Global Hedge Fund, and a TV commentator on shows on CNBC and NHK etc.
As an author, he has sold over 4 million copies of books in Japan, China, Korea, etc., and has written 18 bestsellers.
As for AI, in 1985, James worked as an official of the U.S. State Department and introduced U.S. AI technology to Japan. He also demonstrated the AI system to the Showa Emperor and former Prime Minister Nakasone. Since then, he has studied AI and business strategy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology through MIT Sloan and MIT CSAI executive programs, and is currently an investor in AI-related companies such as OpenAI, which created ChatGPT.

―ジェームス・スキナー氏が語るA I活用と人類の未来―

AI自身が書いた、AIについての書籍「AIが書いた、AIについての本」が３月に刊行されました。
今年に入り、ほぼ毎日AIやChatGPTについての話題をメディアで目にします。
A Iをいかに活用できるかが問われる未来が来ることは疑いありません。これは我々人類はどうすべきなのをA I自身が語った書籍です。
経営コンサルタントであり、書籍の監修者であるジェームス・スキナー氏が、A Iが書籍を書くプロセスを監修し学んだことも語られています。
また、Women in AI Japan2023年1月のセミナーで、逐次通訳を担当してくださったジェフリー・スキナー氏は甥にあたります。

【スピーカー：ジェームス・スキナー氏　略歴】
アメリカ合衆国で生まれ、核物理学者の息子として育つ。
外交官、セールスエンジニア、IRアドバイザーを務め、また世界的に有名な経営コンサルタントとして、何百もの多国籍企業、軍および政府機関を指導する。
ジェームスはまた、フランクリン・コヴィー・ジャパン社の CEO、20億ドルの資産を管理運用するグローバル・ヘッジ・ファンドの会長を務め、CNBC、NHKなどにテレビのレギュラーコメンテーターとしても活躍する経歴を持つ。
作家としては、日本、中国、韓国などで、 400万部ほどの売上を誇り、18冊ものベストセラーを執筆。 AIについては1985年、米国務省職員として、日本に対して米国のAI技術を紹介。昭和天皇や中曽根元総理にもAIシステムのデモを行った。その後、マサチューセッツ工科大学でMIT SloanとMIT CSAIのエグゼクティブプログラムを通じてAIとビジネス戦略を勉強しており、現在、最も話題性の高いChatGPTを製作したOpenAI社などの、AI関連企業にも投資家として参画している。
