WELCOME TO ATX LADIES VIBE & CONNECT!!!
The goal of this Meet Up is to create a inclusive and engaged group of phenomenal folks who love Austin. Love is a verb, Sweetie! We will not just attend events. This group is going to be focused on our community impact and non-profit efforts around the city.
ATX Ladies will commit to at least one major City Volunteer Event per month.
The social events we attend will also exclusively support local venues and artists (preferably members of this group). We're not here to meet at a food truck once or twice. We're here to VIBE and CONNECT. Please share events with like minded women and she/they humans who want to make connections and friendships in the community.

Every dog has their day, and a photo session with ZilkerBark is exactly that! Established in 2015, ZilkerBark has been providing the Austin community with memories of their best friends that will last forever, while also giving back. In this time, ZilkerBark has raised more than $300,000 for local animal non-profits, while photographing over 40,000 dogs. Hey Ladies,
The registration link is live for volunteering at ACL Fest!!
This is my favorite volunteer opportunity in Austin! Each shift requires 3-4 hours of your time. Parking is not included, please read all information before applying online. I am not an official organizer. You are responsible for completing registration. RSVP on this Meet Up will not get you into ACL, but you can use this app to coordinate with other members who want to go.
Tip: I highly suggest Hydration station for first timers! You will be comfortably in the shade directing water stations near a main stage. There are other focus groups, if you want to get more involved.

For the past 20 years, ACL Music Festival and Austin Parks Foundation have worked together to improve Austin's nearly 400 parks, trails and green spaces. Through the ACL Music Festival Grants Program, we are able to fund community-initiated park renovations and improvements in parks across the city.ACL Fest contributions have also gone into signature park improvements and redevelopments all across Austin with targeted investments in underserved communities. In 2024 alone, ACL Fest fans contributed $8.4 Million to APF through a percentage of ticket sales and other revenues. Thanks to their generosity, we're also able to host hundreds of volunteer events and signature programs in parks each year.
APF makes the festival greener by encouraging reducing, re-using and recycling. ACL Fest’s Signature Greening Programs, Rock & Recycle, Divert It!, and Water Refill Stations are presented by Austin Parks Foundation. Rock & Recycle encourages festival attendees to pick up a bag of recyclables from the grounds in exchange for a specially designed ACL Fest line-up tee. Divert It! enlists volunteers to encourage and educate fans by helping them compost, recycle and send less waste to landfills. Water Refill stations encourage ACL Fest fans to bring a reusable water bottle to reduce waste.
