See y'all out on Sunday by the Monkey Tree for co-ed flag football starting at 8:30 am. All ages & all levels welcome! Cleats encouraged but not required.

Come play scrimmages against local run clubs and Bat City Sports league players. We will learn the basics and get some fun cardio in for the week. ✨️ Bring water ✨️
