Butterfly Garden Open Volunteer Day at Zilker Botanical Garden

Hey Ladies!!

The Zilker Botanical Garden hosts a number of public volunteer opportunities. Check us out in the Butterfly Garden and learn what it takes to maintain a pollinator space in Central Texas.

Sign up for this volunteer event here.

Please wear clothes appropriate for gardening, closed-toed shoes, and bring a water bottle.

The garden gate opens at 8 am.

When you arrive at the garden, show your GivePulse confirmation email to the gate staff at check-in to receive free admission for the day.

If you do not have a smart phone please bring a printed copy of your confirmation email, or you can sign a physical waiver at the gate when you arrive.

Once you’ve checked in, please park in the volunteer parking lot, which is down an unpaved road from the main parking lot, marked by orange cones.

Meet at the flagpole in front of the Garden Center at 9:30 am!
