What is the Theta State?
The Theta state is a brainwave frequency (4–8 Hz) associated with deep relaxation and creativity, occurring naturally during meditation, deep sleep, and the moments just before waking. In this state, your subconscious mind becomes more accessible, making it the perfect time to release emotional blocks, reprogram limiting beliefs, and tap into your fullest potential.

Class Details:
Class starts on the first Monday, Wednesday or Friday of each month and run for one calendar month. Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 6:00 AM Pacific Time and are held on the Zoom Platform. Please be familiar with the program prior to signing up.
