Ladies Who Blunch: Late Brunch/Early Lunch at Brunch & Bites Graça

IMPORTANT: READ RULES BEFORE JOINING

Hi ladies!!

On Easter Sunday we'd like to invite you to a cosy late brunch/early lunch at Brunch & Bites in Graça! They have every known brunch option on the menu as well as some lunch food for those who prefer something different. To cover the costs of organizing, we’re asking that each participating member pay a fee of 1€ to join.

**All payments/confirmations must be made up to 24h after placing your name on the list. If no payment/message is received by then, your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list/you will be moved to the "not going" list as we will assume you will not be joining.
If you're a newcomer, your 24h start from when we send you payment info.

Please add your name and name of the event you are paying for when sending your payment on MBWAY.

We will contact all newcomers with payment information. Please send us a message if you don't hear from us so we can give you our contact details should you not have them yet.

Please also send us a confirmation message if you cannot use MBWAY and have been to your events before. We book these places in advance and need to know how many people will show to honour these reservations. Thank you for understanding!

Payments are through MBWAY to the same number as usual, let us know if you don't have the number.

The fee is nonrefundable.

No shows:
No shows will not be able to join in the next three meet ups. If this behaviour is perpetuated, the participants will be removed from the group and will not be able to join an event again.

Last-minute cancels are also frowned upon. If your plans change, please make sure to cancel more than 12h prior to the event. Participants who cancel less than 12h in advance to two events will be kept from joining the following two.

Latecomers:
We feel all events go smoother if we’re all on time. Please make sure you arrive no later than 15 minutes past the scheduled time as it is tough to guarantee a spot at the table after we’ve begun and counted everyone in/made the necessary changes to the number of places at the table.

Lastly: Please, please remember to update your RSVP as soon as possible should your plans change. And please don't hesitate to message us with any questions you might have.
