THE CHEF'S TABLE with Chef Adrian Oliver
A Field Kitchen is a mobile kitchen - a Pop UP? a Private Lunch Experience, a Feast night - all of these things and more for 12 guests maximum. A bespoke menu written for you.
Adrian Oliver has lived in Cornwall since 1996. He was the owner of Margot's, an excellent restaurant in Padstow from 1999 until he sold it in 2015.
The Field Kitchen is his new venture. We had an excellent meal there earlier this year so I highly recommend this
In his own words:
'We don't have an amazing view of the harbour. The building is not listed. We have not spent a fortune on interior design.
This is stripped back dining where all our energies go on The Food and The Service. We won't be selling you booze, BYO'.
Below is the menu which I hope you will like.
Ladies Lunch

Smoked Haddock Chowder

Grilled Goat's Cheese tomato salsa
Confit Duck Leg ,mustard mash, sage cream

Baked hake fillet , anchovies garlic, new potatoes
Chocolate Panna Cotta , salt Caramel sauce

There will be a £1.00 contribution collected at the lunch towards the cost of running the site.
