Dining Out For Life San Diego returns on April 23, 2026, featuring dozens of restaurants donating 25%–100% of sales to support The Center’s HIV/AIDS services and prevention programs. Participants can dine out for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with many locations in Hillcrest, downtown, and North County.
