Ladies with Reservations

Too old for the club, too young for bingo? You’re in the right place.

Welcome to Ladies with Reservations, where we turn “I don’t know anyone” into “See you at seven.”

This group is for women roughly 35–55 (flexible) who want to make friends and still love getting dressed up and going somewhere fun. The energy is what matters!

Maybe you’re new to the area, your friends have moved away, or everyone’s calendar revolves around everything except a social life. Whatever brought you here, let’s get something on the calendar.

We’ll aim to meet once a month for brunch, dinner, drinks, a fun theme party, or something cool happening nearby. Most outings will stay around Morris County and neighboring areas, with the occasional drive or train ride farther if we feel like it.

Most meetups will be small enough to actually talk and get to know each other. Parties and special events may have a bigger crowd.

A few things to know before joining

• Bring good company. Be friendly, stay curious, and give people a chance. Leave the grumpiness and drama at home.
• Budget for the whole evening. Your meal, drinks, tax, and a proper tip are yours to cover. Choose outings you’re comfortable paying for.
• Absolutely no selling anything! No pitches, recruiting, MLMs, or surprise “business opportunities.” We’re here to make friends.
• Keep your reservation. Update your RSVP if plans change. A no-show without any communication means removal from the group. Things happen, and a message before or afterward makes all the difference.

And if showing up alone gives you reservations, you’ll fit right in. Come on your own. That’s how we’ll all start. Expect a relaxed welcome and no pressure to work the room.

Lastly -- your host is an unpaid volunteer spending time and money (Meetup charges group admins a monthly fee) to put these events together for everyone, please be kind!
