Now on our second year, we are teaming up with 2 other great organizers to bring you a night of dancing, fun, and Summer heat!

Treat yourself and your friends to a fun, exciting and picturesque boat cruise unlike any other on the Enterprise 2000. Socialize, dance to Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Cumbia, Cha Cha, and Kizomba with the beautiful Toronto as your backdrop.

The Enterprise 2000 has two dance floors, both inside, so dancing will occur rain or shine! If it gets a bit too hot or want even MORE space, we had members dancing in front of the Toronto skyline on the front deck!

DJ John Lopez, also known as El Bakan, is an amazing DJ and has been spinning Latin music for the last 15 years for a wide range of nightclubs, lounges, and restaurants in the Toronto area. He also won first prize at a DJ competition at the Plaza Flamingo Nightclub and was invited to work at 1610 AM, Radio Voices Latina in production.

You have likely already run into him at one of his many locations including over the years, Inside the Pocket Sports Bar, VC 's Bar, Me Sabe A Perú Restaurant, Latin Fiesta Sports Bar Restaurant, Alleycatz’ Tuesday Bachata Ladies Night, El Rancho’s Wednesday Bachata vs Salsa Al Son Latino, Fregata, Motivos, La Clásique, Plaza Flamengo, Mingles, Toronto Latín Motor Show, Concert Monchy and Alexandra as DJ Guest.

COMPLEMENTARY DANCE LESSON - Pavlo Farmakidis

Pavlo is the CSO (Chief Salsa Officer) at Salsa In The 6iX. Previously a Teaching Artist with Join the Dance Canada - the Canadian version of Mad Hot Ballroom. He went into Toronto's inner city schools where he taught children character development through ballroom dance. He has been trained in the Dulaine method of teaching dance, directly from Pierre Dulaine.

Pavlo has also had extensive Latin dance training with United Salseros (one of Canada's elite Latin dance companies) instructing and performing in several dance festivals throughout North America and Europe. He has also trained in Modern dance, Afro-Cuban dance, and Internal Martial arts. Pavlo has obtained a Dance Certification from George Brown College, and was previously an Ontario Certified Teacher. Classes are fun and engaging while still being able to provide a progressive learning experience.

RECOMMENDED DRESS CODE

Dress to impress. We are providing an upscale casual event. Guys, polish up your dancing shoes. Ladies, get that little black dress out.

EXTRA INFO

• Excellent wood dance floor (great for spinning!)

• Parking on the street is free. If you decide to park inside the marina, they will charge $20 cash for this privilege.

• Cash bar

• Food $8 (burger and salad), there is veggie options too.
