What if you could tweak your career to make it feel more aligned to what you actually want in life? Have you ever stopped to think, if the career path you are on is still the right one? Then this workshop might be for you.
In this 2 hour session we will explore:- Your values, strengths and passions
- How they relate to your work
- How you can align both to help you own your career
- First practical steps to explore your options without having to quit your day-to-day job
We will use tools from different disciplines such as Design Thinking, Cognitive psychology, Coaching and Mindfulness in a fun, easy and intimate evening.
The workshop is led by Alexandra Borges:
- a Leadership & Change Coach
- ex-manager at Google and YouTube with 15+ years of hands-on experience in high-pace environments.
- Yoga and Mindfulness teacher
- an expert who loves to bring together different disciplines in coaching and workshops.
Alexandra quit the corporate world and moved with her family to Portugal to create a career - and life - that lets her work with her passion for people, helping them find the agency to build what feels right in their careers, lives and organizations.
