4.5 Mile Flat Walk in Almaden

Hey Bestie, want to join me for a walk and burn off 500 calories any/every day this week?

This walk is flat 4.5 mile loop and we'll walk approximately 16.5 minute miles. We'll make brief stops for stretching and bathrooms. The walk (with breaks) will take about 1.25 hours.

I strongly recommend you bring water,

The walk will take us onto the Los Alamitos Trail, around Almaden Lake, then back the same way we came. There are park restrooms at the 2 mile mark.

If 4.5 miles starts to feel like it's going to be too much for you, you can turn around and go back the way we came at any time. There's no shame is knowing your limits, ok?

D E T A I L S
Where: Let's meet at the parking lot on Camden Avenue and Mt. Forest Drive. If the lot is full, I've often seen people park on Camden.
When: M-F, 6pm - 7:20pm
Attire: Workout clothing, walking shoes.
Bring: Water, a smile and a desire to burn calories.😉. Wear moisture wicking socks and proper walking shoes.
