You do not need the game in order to play. You will need a device for a controller.

This can be your computer, a phone, or a tablet. If you plan to use a tablet or a phone, be sure to connect to discord with a different device.

I want to play more D&D, but it's hard to find someone to DM. So I decided to DM! Come do a one-shot with me. That means it's a game that is played and finished in one session.

You will need to get with me one-on-one (online) to create your character a few days before we meet. You need time to familiarize yourself with all that your character can do.
I will reach out to everyone who signs up.

We are meeting at a restaurant, so please plan to buy food and drinks (soft or hard).

We will be playing a beginner campaign for level 1 characters.
All you need is you and a phone, tablet, or laptop. Feel free to bring dice if you have them, but no worries if you don't.

The game is played using D&D Beyond, a free website. You will need an account and possibly the app if you are on your phone or tablet.

I have played role play games for many years, online and table top. I'm currently in an active campaign where I play a bard. I have my own dice and that board that a DM hides behind. My main goal is for everyone to have fun, even if I make up the rules as we go.

Please no kids or guests. We will all have more fun if we can focus on the game.
