shorter ride and later start than originally planned

Jan 2 update: Only 1 other person is joining me now, and she can only start at 11, so I'm moving the start time and shortening the ride. We're heading to Rancho Santa Fe, Lake Hodges, and Highland Valley. Since I live in University City and don't want to backtrack by starting off at the dealership, we're meeting elsewhere (see location).
