City of Lafayette First Sunday Birding at Waneka/Greenlee

August is the time of year when Humming Birds start to migrate south across the Front Range. It is possible to see up to four species, Broad Tailed, Black Chinned, Rufous , Calliope at the Greenlee feeders in early August. There is also a chance that migrating shore birds will be feeding in the Marsh. Experienced guides will be on hand. Beginners and families encouraged to join us.
