Laf Farmer's Market Voter Registration Booth

Hey, folks!

We have been allotted 2 dates to set up a booth to register and inform voters at the Lafayette Farmer's Market this year. I'll set up the booth, I just need a couple people to keep me company and also answer questions voters may have and help them register or check their address. You don't have to stay the whole time! I know this is sometimes less fun than other events, but I do think it's important (especially this year!)

If you sign up or plan on attending, please know this must be non-affiliated, meaning, we cannot endorse any side or candidate. This is just to inform potential voters of registration deadlines and ID requirements as well as help people check to make sure they are registered in the correct district. We will also try to encourage people on the fence about voting how important it is to show up and to stress that every vote counts!

If you have any ideas about how to engage people, please send me a message. I'll be getting stickers (always a cheap thing that bring people in!).
