Join us for a gentle Yoga Nidra (guided deep rest) experience designed to calm the nervous system and support emotional and mental restoration.

Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down and involves guided cues that lead the body into deep relaxation—no movement or prior experience needed. This is a space to slow down, release tension, and simply rest.

Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel comfortable.

Come as you are. Rest is the practice.
