With a background in education and healthcare, and training in meditation, yoga, NLP, and hypnotherapy, her passion is rooted in creating spaces where people can slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with themselves—both individually and in the company of others. As a hypnotherapist, she is thoughtful, well-studied, and unafraid to accompany clients into the deeper layers where clarity and lasting change can emerge.
