In this group we talk about ourselves, our lives, our experiences, and our goals for the future - big, small, or ethereal!
In this group we explore topics of life, spirit, practices, and things that make us go huh?
But, most of all – we get together as women to have fun and support each other in living “bigger”, “better”, more dynamic lives. Whatever that means for you!
This group is for ALL women at EVERY age! This is a drop-in group; come to one, come to all - up to you.

My passion has always been to study and practice anything to expand the awareness of who I am as an infinite being. I have spent decades facilitating various women’s groups around topics of empowerment, goal setting, and spirituality.
I believe we are better humans when we exist, learn, study, and play in community with like minded souls.
