You are invited to a deeply nourishing gathering in Laguna Beach—a gentle return to presence, clarity, and inner alignment.
This intimate experience offers a guided meditative journey designed to support nervous system reset and mind-heart-body coherence through breath, frequency medicine and sound. Together, we slow down, soften, and reconnect with what truly matters.
