A bit about Joanne: For 25+ years, Joanne Butcher has worked with filmmakers from all over the world -- US, UK, Brazil, Cuba and the Caribbean -- helping them uplevel their business and marketing practices. Now, as a film business and fundraising coach, she helps independent filmmakers raise funds to get their projects made and distributed globally. Her clients have over 180 feature films from script to distribution, in both documentary and narrative. She's also facilitated the distribution of 23 features and many more in film festivals winning awards and achieving visibility the filmmakers never dreamed of.
