Lajja Space Meditation and Mindfulness Group

Sitting silently in community can be one of the most powerful things we can do in this day and age. So much of our time is filled with conversation, work, social media, chores, and the like. Few realize how sacred it is to just simply sit and be together. This offering entails an unguided, 45-minute meditation, a brief, powerful reading, and an open-heart circle, where we join in community and simply share whatever comes to mind. This is, of course, quite vulnerable for most of us, so the discussion will be confidential; everything said in the circle stays in the circle. This is one of the most beautiful spaces we can share, together, as a community, so don’t be shy! Come sit with us, and if you’re willing, share a little piece of yourself too. We’re here to listen with open hearts and zero judgement.
