Lajja Space Meditation and Mindfulness Group

This is an interspiritual gathering where all are included for spiritual practice, regardless of belief, gender or age for the purpose of sharing, love, meditation, music, art, dance, laughter, and respectful touch, creating a field of welcome and unity.

This special candlelit Solstice gathering will be led by Viveka and Relendra and will include some sweet solstice songs, prayer and meditation, and contemplation of themes such as stillness and surrender.
