Evening at Lakay NOUKA: Music, Stories, and Art

On March 21, the evening will include:

• Live Haitian music performed by Timothy Jean
• Storytelling and conversation about Haitian culture, memory, and creativity
• Art display featuring the work of Haitian painter Marco Saint Juste
• Jewelry display highlighting curated pieces inspired by Haitian heritage
• Opportunities to engage if you wish, or simply observe and be present
• Creole freely spoken; translations provided sparingly

This intimate gathering is designed to honor Haitian presence and energy, creating space for observation, curiosity, and meaningful conversation.
