How often do we move on autopilot, without truly listening to the body?
This Mobility Workshop offers a different approach — one that prioritizes awareness, intelligent strength, and long-term freedom of movement.
Across two mornings, we will explore joint mobility, controlled strength, and mindful movement practices designed to reduce stiffness, improve efficiency, and support a more sustainable relationship with the body. This is not fast stretching or performance-driven training, but a thoughtful and embodied way to move with more ease and confidence.
We are delighted to welcome a special guest teacher from India, Karan Bagri, with lifelong training in martial arts, who will guide the sessions with depth, clarity, and a refined understanding of the body in motion.
