On Saturday, March 28, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, join us for an experiential Yoga & Writing Workshop to explore your inner garden.
What to expect:
- Gentle, mindful yoga to release tension and calm the mind
- Guided visualization to observe your inner landscape
- Writing exercises as a tool for introspection and self-discovery
No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and the desire to dedicate time to yourself.
