Join me for the Central Florida Dragon Boat Challenge Logistics Meeting as we go over all the race day details and make sure everyone’s on the same page before the big day in Leesburg. We’ll cover team flow, parking, staging, volunteer assignments, safety, schedules, setup, and all the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps the event running smooth.
