This will be the last of our indoor meetings until next fall.
We will be presenting Le Rendezvous Cafe with a thank-you plaque for being our Fall/Winter host.
BTW, we have put ourselves on the map, at least in the low vision community. I asked my retina specialist for pointers on the low vision chess set system I've been working on. He said I'd hit the right notes, and he thought it was a great thing. He gave me the address of the Braille Institute, Riverside branch, and advised me to take it up there and show it to them. The woman there said she loved it. She was forwarding it to the main headquarters and told me she would like to write an article about it. :)
