We’ll meet at the entrance to the woods. Wear good, comfortable walking shoes - you don’t need boots.

We’ll be walking very slowly a little over half a mile. We won’t be rushing. We will be stopping periodically to breathe and connect with nature. The idea is to slowly release anything that feels heavy, and to take on that which is light. The entire walk will take about 45-minutes.

You may want to bring water with you on the walk and if insects love you, insect repellant, although they’re usually not a problem at that time of the day.

After the walk you can choose to stay for tea (Oolong) or herbal non-caffeinated berry tea.
