Breathe & Paint with Maria: Nature's Canvas in Mapleton, ND

This event will be held at 4E Winery in Mapleton, North Dakota!

Join us for an enriching event featuring SOMA breathwork, a gentle practice paired with music and meditation to foster a deeper connection with nature. As we immerse ourselves in the natural world, we also delve into our inner selves, finding resonance at our heart center. Much like the intricate patterns of a mandala, we expand outward, illuminating our surroundings with our inner light.
Guided by the beauty of nature, our mandala dot paintings will take shape, using ancient sacred geometry grids, vibrant acrylic paints, and specialized dot mandala tools. No prior experience is necessary—all are welcome to explore their creativity in this supportive environment.
In lieu of an entrance fee, we kindly request a $5.00 material donation to cover supplies. The winery graciously opens its doors exclusively for this event, offering the opportunity to support their vineyard and indulge in their exceptional wines, available for purchase throughout the evening. Join us as we embark on a journey of self-discovery and artistic expression amidst the serene backdrop of nature's splendor.
