What we’re about

For those who like getting out there on the weekends and get their heart rates up without running or CrossFitting.

Our walks are community walking for those who want to get fitter but just need to start off with just plain steps. We know that exercise has huge benefits for both physical and mental health and it’s always a great bonus getting a chance to meet others with a shared interest and make new friends. This group is for both men and women, all are welcome.

Meeting point is in front of Starbucks.
