Spiritual Thursdays @ Lake Monastery – Meditation & Yoga
Unwind and reconnect every Thursday evening at the beautiful Lake Monastery.

Begin with a gentle and rejuvenating yoga session (6:00–6:50 PM) led by experienced teachers, suitable for all levels. Then transition
into a guided meditation session (7:00–8:00 PM) led by a Buddhist monk, offering practical insights into mindfulness and inner calm.

This is a peaceful space to relax, reflect, and deepen your practice—whether you’re new or experienced.
