**Hike Details:**

* Distance: \~5 miles
* Elevation Gain: \~600 ft, moderate (rolling hills, some steady climbs)
* Meeting Location: We’ll meet at the **north end of the parking lot at 49487 Morrow Mountain Rd, Albemarle, NC 28001**, next to the **Boat Rental building**.

**Plan:**
Please arrive on time. We’ll wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start before beginning the hike.

**What to Bring:**
Bring plenty of water, snacks, and sturdy hiking shoes. Dress appropriately for the day.

**Parking Instructions:**
Use the address above to navigate to Morrow Mountain State Park. Cell coverage may be limited inside the park, so it’s best to **write down, save, or review the directions ahead of time**.

**About the Hike:**
We’ll combine two scenic trails:

* **Fall Mountain Trail** – a wooded loop with moderate elevation changes and ridge-line views.
* **Three Rivers Trail** – an easy riverside path with views of where the Yadkin, Pee Dee, and Uwharrie Rivers converge.

**Facilities:**
Restrooms are available at the **Boat Rental building**.

* Optional lunch afterward at **Five Points Public House** in Albemarle.
* **Carpooling is recommended** if possible.
