Join us for a guided meditation and talk on equanimity, one of the essential qualities of a peaceful and balanced mind.

In this session, we’ll explore practical teachings from the Kadampa Buddhist tradition on how to remain calm, open, and caring toward everyone—no matter what challenges arise. Through meditation and gentle reflection, we’ll learn to let go of attachment, aversion, and indifference, and discover a deeper, more stable form of inner peace.

In these classes, Gen Norbu will introduce and guide the basic Buddhist meditations for establishing happiness within our own mind.
