Do you ever feel like you just want to be happy—but the harder you try, the more frustrated or disappointed you become? We often blame people or situations for our unhappiness, these classes teach that real freedom comes from working with our own mind. As we let go of inner negativity, outer problems lose their power to disturb us.

These introductory meditation classes offer simple, practical tools to:

  • Understand the real causes of mental pain
  • Let go of anger, resentment, and dissatisfaction
  • Develop inner peace, clarity, and resilience

Everyone is welcome. No experience needed.
It’s best to start at the beginning of the series, but you’re welcome to join at any point.
