This restaurant is a Brazilian Steakhouse that gained popularity for its unique way of serving food. Servers called gauchos walk around the dining room with chunks of beef, pork and chicken piled high on skewers. They come around to tables where they hand carve the grilled meat off the skewers right onto the customer’s plate. This is a unique dining model as an all you can eat buffet where customers have to dictate if they want to keep the meat coming or stop it when they can’t eat anymore.
