What we’re about
This group focuses on couples that are looking to meet and form close-knit, lasting friendships with other couples. Though we welcome everyone this is NOT a singles, mommy & me, or swingers group!
We want this to be an active group, so please only request to be a member if you want to start making new friends right away, not next year, or when time allows. Life is short, so make time to make new friends and fun now!
Our events are designed for ADULTS to get out and have a BLAST! Nothing against children, but our events are not kid-friendly. (-:
We are an eclectic group of easy going awesomeness, so if you’re too conservative, uptight, or don't consider yourself fun then this is not the group for you!
Our events range from dining out, concerts, game nights, wine tastings, camping, travelling, bowling, girls/guys night out, disc golf…. to simply chillin’ out on the patio with a drink in hand having good conversation.
You name it; we’ll try it and are always up for new activities and adventure! ~Bring on your ideas!!
Most of our events are held locally and invite all surrounding areas of Lake Ray Hubbard including but not limited to: Rowlett, Rockwall, Garland, Forney, Sachse, Wylie, Firewheel, etc.
Group Requirements / Housekeeping: (please read before joining!)
*Be an active member! There is a lot of effort and planning that goes into scheduling events. We want to hear your ideas so we can plan events that interest you!
*You must attend an event within 3 months of joining.
*If you appear to be uninterested in the group, then we are obviously not a good fit and you will be removed. No hard feelings, but we are looking for active members that want to participate in the fun. (-:
*A picture of yourself. Your puppy is super-cute but a photo of you helps us identify you at events.
*Please put some thought into answering the profile questions. We don’t need a novel, but your answers allow us to see what interests you have so that we can better plan future events.
*2 ‘no shows’ or continuous un-RSVP’ing at the last minute will remove you from the group.
~Being inconsiderate is soooo not cool and will not be tolerated!
You have nothing to lose AND we even offer a ‘Belly Laugh Guarantee’!! If you join us for an event and don’t get at least one hearty belly laugh in; we will happily buy ya a drink at a BYOB restaurant of your choosing. ;-)
