Brighton Pavillion by Bus

Join the London And Kent Friends Group for a fun and friendly day out in beautiful Brighton.

We’ll be travelling together from Tunbridge Wells War Memorial, bus stop Q, leaving at 09:54, and arriving in Brighton at around noon. Please aim to arrive a little early so everyone has time to gather before departure. The bus fare is £3 each way, so please allow £6 total for the return journey.

Once in Brighton, we’ll enjoy a relaxed group trip featuring the stunning Brighton Pavilion, seaside views, and time to explore some of the city’s best-known sights. Entry to the Brighton Pavilion is £21.50, or free for two people with a valid English Heritage Family voucher, subject to the voucher terms.

We may also do a sightseeing bus tour if we have enough time. This will be optional, so anyone who prefers to explore independently, relax by the seafront, or skip the bus tour is welcome to do so.

We’ll also plan time to enjoy food together — either by going for a group meal at a local café, pub, or restaurant, or, weather permitting, having a relaxed picnic by the seafront or in one of Brighton’s lovely open spaces. Final plans can be confirmed closer to the day depending on the weather and what suits the group best.

This event will only go ahead if we have 6 or more confirmed attendees, so please RSVP only if you’re intending to come, and update your RSVP if your plans change.

Expect a sociable, easy-going day with plenty of time to chat, take photos, enjoy the atmosphere, and explore together. Whether you’re new to the group or a regular member, you’ll be very welcome.
