What we’re about
I started this coloring club in 2022 with one simple idea: coloring is more fun (and more meaningful) when we do it together. Over time, it’s grown into The Coloring for Connection Project—a community space where we use coloring as a gentle way to relax, connect, and combat isolation.
We’ll meet in Lakewood for low-pressure, come-as-you-are gatherings. I’ll provide coloring pages and supplies (pencils, markers, etc.), and you’re always welcome to bring your own favorite books or tools if you’d like.
This group is for anyone who:
- Enjoys coloring or wants to try it again as an adult
- Is looking for a calm, screen-free way to unwind
- Wants to build real, face-to-face connection in community
No artistic skill required—if you can hold a colored pencil, you’re in the right place. Come color, chat (or quietly recharge), and be part of a community that believes simple creativity can make a big difference.
