About us
Lakewood Makerspace is a collaborative workshop community hosted in a 600 sq ft studio at The Screw Factory. Our goal is to provide a creative "third space" for adults to share tools, learn skills, take classes, and build projects together.
Our mission is to grow organically into a full-scale 501(c)(3) nonprofit, expanding into a larger facility with wider community access to machinery, workspace, and education.
