Becoming a parent is life-changing—and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure in the weeks and months after birth. This weekly drop-in support group is designed for mothers navigating the postpartum period, from early weeks through the first year.
**What to Expect:**

* A warm, non-judgmental space to share and process your experience
* Evidence-informed support from a therapist trained in perinatal and postpartum mental health
* Tools for emotional regulation, identity shifts, and building secure connection—both with your baby and yourself
* Community and shared understanding from other moms on a similar journey
