This month, we have a panel conversation with four great guests, where you can propose questions for the panel to discuss.

Please suggest and vote for questions for the panel any time from now, or at the meetup itself. More or less anything related to the overall lean / agile theme is on topic. All participants will be able to add and vote for questions right up to and during the conversation itself, when Matt and James will put the questions to the guest panel.

Panel:
Rohit Ratan Mani: Rohit is a highly skilled Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Life Coach who is deeply committed to helping individuals and teams achieve their goals. He is known for his ability to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and self-organization, which enables teams & leaders to deliver high-quality results.
Rohit is looking forward to answering questions around business agility, operating models, design thinking, facilitation, agile coaching, professional coaching, leadership coaching, transformation, org design and mentoring.
Louise Howells: Louise Howells has 21 years of experience in the tech industry, with over a decade in leadership and management roles across tech agencies, local government, non-profits, and PLCs. Louise’s management approach focuses on nurturing talent and creating a positive workplace, resulting in improved margins, customer satisfaction, and higher team retention and morale.
Louise is looking forward to sharing her experiences, particularly in the areas of getting teams working well together to get results; business goals and how they cascade to team members; and how to get better buy-in from teams.
Ian Cartwright: Ian has worked in tech for over 30 years and has been using agile and xp for 20+ of those. He has consulted on development practices and technology strategy with a huge variety of organizations, from some of the worlds biggest companies all the way through to early stage start-ups. For 10 years Ian was a member of the ThoughtWorks Technology Advisory Board and helped to create the Tech Radar, he currently works as a Principal Consultant for softwire and is writing about legacy replacement patterns.
Ian's specialist areas include lean and agile, xp, tech strategy and legacy replacement, cloud and genAI.
Andy Norton: Andy has been the Head of Engineering Practice at cinch - one of the UK's unicorn start-ups, Head of Engineering at Footasylum, Senior Engineering Manager at Y Combinator start-up Prolific and recently joined Team Topologies as a community advocate. Throughout his career, Andy has focused on pragmatic ways of working, implementing meaningful changes that stick, and helping teams to deliver effectively.
Andy is happy to talk about anything lean agile, kanban, org design, serverless, Wardley mapping, team topologies, architecture modernisation and related topics.
