Achieving consistent, effective and efficient workflow continues to be an elusive target for many organisations regardless of whether they have a manufacturing, service or knowledge-based focus.

In this fast-paced, hands-on, Lean LEGO™ simulation, you will experience the transition from an initial slow and cumbersome process to one that enables more rapid and effective workflow, resulting in much improved process and financial performance. Along the way, you will be introduced to (or reminded of) some of the basic principles of ‘Lean’. We will consider which of these, if any, are the same, similar to, or different from, Agile principles.
