If you haven't heard yet, November is a special month dedicated to supporting men's mental & physical health. So during November, challenge a mate to come dance, make friends, and move their body!

Join us this Thursday to explore the fundamentals of the wonderful, heart-warming Brazilian dance: Lambada!

We will explore the core concepts and steps of this dance to prepare you for not only intermediate moves, but most importantly, for you to enjoy social dancing with your peers.

Never danced before? This is the perfect class for you.
We aim for a warm and welcoming environment for all.
