Project Bazaar

Project bazaar is an evening full of lightning talks where you can present your ideas and project.

Why you might want to present on Project Bazaar? Because:
• You want to DEMO your project and show your COOL ideas
• You want EARLY FEEDBACK from like minded developers
• You search for people who will help you and CONTRIBUTE to your project
• You are looking for EARLY USERS / adopters

Which projects qualify:
• Open source and personal projects in functional programming languages
• Cool, interesting and hard programming challenges or research projects
• Non-programming projects which will enhance Czech FP community

4 RULES of Project Bazaar:
• 7 minutes hard limit on presentation
• No video recording. Do not be afraid to have a fun while failing.
• It is not a competition. You can get only applause and recognition from the audience. There will be no VC giving away blank cheques.
• No recruitment. This is not a place where you can search for 20 junior JS developers for your banking application or dev shop.

Project Bazaar is new meetup format. We want to build a safe place where you can meet interesting people, discuss your ideas, demo your project, get feedback and helping hand.

General Bazar Guidelines / Recommendations:
• Tell us you want to present (with direct message, during sign up or in discussion below).
• Send us your presentation / slideshow before the event. When we present from one computer, we will reduce time required for setting up individual notebooks.
• It is good idea to rehearse your speech to ensure your presentation will fit the time limit.
• Come early so you can test if everything works before presentation.

Locus will be open from 6:30pm. Presentations will start 7:pm sharp.
