Just 19% of the tech workforce are women. It's a well-known problem but how do we change it? We've spoken to women across the county about what they'd like to see and bring you our inaugural Women in Tech event.

Open to everyone to attend, whatever gender.

7.15pm-7.30pm - Why are you here? What does Women in Tech mean to you?

7.30pm-8pm - Amanda Robinson: Techie turned health coach, Amanda has spent 22 years in tech, 18 years in ecommerce for pureplay retail brands and the travel sector. Ex- Head of Tech for Boohoo.com, Amanda turned Tech Consultant and owner of HGT Consulting - helping businesses transform their tech and empowering them to deliver strategic programmes.

Rory Southworth: Community Manager of Fraser House Hub who has increased female co-working in the space from 2% to 31% since taking up the role.

Kate Houlden: A self-confessed non-techie in a tech world and is Managing Director of Like Technologies.

Joey Xoto: Also a self-confessed non-techie in a tech world, bootstrapped Viddyoze to $32 million with limited technical knowledge.
