Carnforth - Canal and Coast (8 mile moderate walk)

Description: We walk towards Hest Bank through fields and canal path, return along the coast - a paradise for spotting birds, trains and tractors ! Return to Carnforth for a drink in the Royal Station Hotel.
Meet Carnforth Cenotaph, Ashtrees Way, LA59BQ (opposite Royal Station Hotel)
Parking - plenty of free parking on side streets

The suggested donation for non-Ramblers members to £2 to cover meet-up costs. It is excellent value for an organised walk, and day out with like-minded people.
