For this out-of-area ride I would ask that that group doing the 25 mile route stay together the entire time. Likewise if anybody wants to do the 15 mile route.

Some of you will not be surprised to learn that Jan has ancestral ties to this area. :)

Jan will be travelling from Gap PA along route 41 south to Calvert Regional Park in Cecil County MD . If anyone is interested in travelling that way and wants to meet and caravan from Gap please contact Jan to make arrangements. Also, if anybody wants to carpool with me I can take one extra passenger and one bike. Others of you coming from different directions may also want to arrange to caravan and/or carpool.

There are usually multiple portable toilets at the Calvert Regional Park parking areas.

Waterfront post-ride refreshments/lunch at Nauti Goose 200 W Cherry St, North East, MD. It is about 9 miles south of Calvert Regional Park - about a 15 minute drive.

If needed, rain date will be mid June.

Helmets are mandatory; please also plan to bring 1-2 water bottles, and basic repair kit (spare tube, tire levers, pump/CO2 inflator).
