This is a B/B+ (16-19 mph average) level ride. The ride leader will ride at the advertised average speed. This is intended to be a group ride with a no-drop rule as the main goal. The ride leader will do his best to keep the group together with occasional regroupings and a sweeper may also be appointed at the start. Please do not join this ride if you are not willing to ride with the group. If you exceed the posted pace, you will be riding by yourself and encouraged to join a faster group. If maintaining a 16-19 mph average is beyond your current ability level, please consider joining a slower ride first.
Helmets are mandatory; No ear buds or audible music playing devices. Please bring water, and a basic repair kit (spare tube, tire levers, pump/CO2 inflator).
To eliminate passing around a pen and paper waiver, we encourage LBC Club membership and Meetup RSVP below to join this ride. RSVP also allows us to contact you after the ride if needed. If you do not RSVP you are not covered by the club excess accident insurance policy; only club members who RSVP are covered. Being on Meetup does not mean you are a club member.
